Tecta Energie is an energy transition player specialized in the design, construction, operation and financing of photovoltaic power plants installed on the roof-tops of industrial, commercial or municipal buildings.

We invested in Tecta Energies in 2011 in partnership with EDF Energies Nouvelles and assembled during our holding period a portfolio of 11 plants (primarily located in the South of France), having all secured feed-in tariffs. We supported the business in this “development to core” journey in particular through capacity aggregation, securing attractive debt financing and de-risked the investment through active asset management and operational optimizations.

We exited the business in 2016 after having completed this initial buy-and-build phase.
