With a total installed capacity of 13 MW, Soparsol is specialized in the design, construction, operation and financing of photovoltaic power plants installed on the roof-tops or parking shelters of commercial centers. The platform is composed of 6 power plants located in the French overseas departments (La Réunion and Mayotte) and in metropolitan France.

We invested in Soparsol 2009 alongside Groupe Casino after the projects received access to feed-in tariffs. During our holding period, we secured attractive bank financing and focused our asset management efforts on industrial optimizations in particular with regards to availability of installations and power-yield efficiency. This resulted in the delivery of stable revenues as well as material yield contraction at exit.
