Prosolia Energy is one of Europe’s few leading Independent Power Producers (IPPs) operating in both distributed generation and utility-scale markets. It is a vertically integrated clean energy producer, specializing in innovative solutions that help clients decarbonize their operations and enhance competitiveness.

The company currently oversees a portfolio of circa 343 MW in both distributed generation and utility-scale projects, either operational or under construction, and is actively developing more than 3,7 GW of new projects across Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, and Germany.

Prosolia is set to transition from a leading IPP platform to a full-spectrum energy solutions provider for industrial clients. By leveraging its large industrial client base and utility-scale capacity, it will offer a comprehensive range of on-grid production, behind-the-meter solutions, and integrated energy management services to deliver reliable and sustainable energy.

Through this partnership, InfraVia and Prosolia aim to expand into new international markets and scale the clean energy portfolio.
