We launched the InfraVia Academy
We organise regular InfraVia-delivered programs assisted by external parties as we are firm believers that continuous learning is part of individual’s personal development, and we recognize the benefit that regular training can bring to the wider group both for those training and for those being trained. Equally, we spent significant time and effort structuring our onboarding process to make sure we provide a welcoming and streamlined process for new joiners
