Reden Solar is a utility-scale platform, anchored in Europe, which develops, builds or acquires, finances, owns and operates PV power generation plants in France, Southern Europe and Latam.

We invested in Reden Solar in 2017 alongside Eurazeo and transformed the business into a pure photovoltaic PV player, fostering acceleration in an attractive high-growth sector. As a vertically integrated developer and operator, Reden Solar captures the value created throughout the supply chain (from development to long-term ownership). It is also a resilient business with strong cash-flow visibility, as revenue are primarily deriving from fully contracted operating assets.

InfraVia exited Reden Solar in 2022 after having contributed to the strong development of the platform (increase in installed capacity of 7x, expansion of its geographical presence in 5 new markets and development of a strong actionable pipeline (in GW)).
