Arema has concluded in 2010 a 35-year public-private partnership contract with the city of Marseille for the design, construction, financing, operations and maintenance of the Stade Vélodrome reconfiguration. The project also included the development of a real estate program. The construction and maintenance are performed by Bouygues Group subsidiaries, while commercial operations are run directly by Arema.

The Orange Vélodrome with its landmark architectural signature and a tier-1 environmental approach is fully operational since 2014 and offers a 65,000 seat capacity (including 6,000 VIP seats) and 8,500 sqm of reception halls.

After the successful completion of construction, we supported Arema in its transformation into the commercial operator of the infrastructure as the company strengthened the commercial, operational and management teams. Major commercial successes prior to our exit in 2017 included the development of a 10-year naming partnership signed with Orange and the organizations of several key high-profile events (AC/DC concert, Top 14, UEFA Champions Cup, etc.).
