Sophie is in charge of managing several portfolio companies, accelerating their growth and monitoring their risk profile.
She likes to engage with management teams, collaborate with CxOs and independent non-executive directors, to identify value creation initiatives, prioritize them and support execution.
Serving in this role since 2016, she is convinced of the importance of offering a 360° support to management (covering in particular talents’ recruitment, processes and tools, build-ups, access to infraVia ecosystem) and equally convinced of the importance of offering the right support at the right time.
