He will capitalize on his strong versatility and adaptability, as well as his sparring partner experience to top management, gained through his experiences in investment banking, strategy consulting, and corporates. Graduated from ESSEC Business School, Matthieu started his career at the Royal Bank of Scotland in London where he worked in M&A, ECM and DCM, and was involved in energy and infrastructure financing.

He then joined the strategy consulting firm AT Kearney, where he specialized in operations and transformation projects for a wide number of European companies across various sectors. Lastly, Matthieu was the Chief of Staff to the CEO of Heppner Group, an EUR 850m revenue transport and logistic company. Beyond advising the CEO on a variety of topics, he was more specifically in charge of M&A and closed four acquisitions in Germany, Switzerland and Belgium, as well as working on governance and project management of the Group’s complex and ambitious transformation.
