Prosolia Energy adds 229 MW of operational capacity in Spain
Prosolia, the Independent Power Producer (IPP) specialized in providing decarbonization solutions to large industrial companies, has completed the acquisition of a 229MW portfolio of operational solar assets in Spain.
This transaction adds 229 MW across 5 parks located in Andalucía and Castilla y León, supported by long-term PPAs with leading industrial clients
Following this transaction Prosolia expects to reach close to 1 GW of operational assets by year-end.
Since the acquisition of Prosolia in October 2024, InfraVia has been actively supporting the group’s development, accelerating its international growth through projects that combine different renewable technologies and energy storage systems (BESS).
