OREIMA reinforces its investment capabilities
Appointment of Pierre Leocadio as Investment Director
OREIMA, the real estate arm of InfraVia, is pleased to announce the appointment of Pierre Leocadio as Investment Director. This arrival will reinforce OREIMA’s investment capabilities and support its ambition to accelerate growth.
Pierre joins a team of 14 headed by Brigitte Sagnes-Dupont, Executive Chairwoman, and will focus on strengthening OREIMA’s investment capabilities, capitalizing on its network and strong experience to identify, seize and execute investment opportunities.
Before joining OREIMA, Pierre has worked at Oxford Properties since 2014, based in Paris and London, where he gained solid investment experience across several key real estate asset classes, including office, retail, and logistics, and in European markets across France, UK and Germany. He has managed a portfolio of office and retail worth €4.5 billion and led the opening of the Oxford Properties office in Paris.
OREIMA aims to accelerate its growth by strengthening its capabilities in investment and value creation, reinforcing its local and international network, and leveraging the resources of InfraVia’s broader platform.

Biography: Pierre Leocadio, Investment Director, Oreima
Before joining Oreima, Pierre worked at Oxford Properties, where he started in 2014. In 2018, he led the opening of the Oxford Properties office in Paris as Head of France, and was later promoted to Head of Investment Europe and Head of Office, Retail & Alternatives Europe. In his most recent position, he managed a €4.5bn European office and retail portfolio across Europe. Prior to his time at Oxford Properties, Pierre held various roles at Renshaw Bay and UBS. Pierre graduated from HEC Montreal in 2010 and the London School of Economics (LSE) in 2011.
