InfraVia strengthens its Growth team ahead of launching a second vintage

As part of the continued expansion of its Growth Equity team and ahead of raising the second vintage of the strategy, InfraVia Capital Partners is pleased to announce Nicolas Slim’s arrival as a Partner.

Launched in 2019, Infravia’s Growth Equity strategy aims to invest alongside European digital entrepreneurs to accelerate their development by leading transactions from Series B funding rounds to buyout.

Nicolas joins a team now comprising 11 professionals, including four partners and brings significant experience in growth transactions, particularly growth buy-outs, which he will be responsible for further developing.

This is the third recruitment in 2024, following the arrival of two investment managers: Julien Bacaer, who joins from BPI’s growth teams, and Elie Hodara, who spent three years at Clipperton, an investment bank specialising in technology.

The strategy targets the European growth equity segment, with a preference for sustainable growth, B2B (software), and active support for portfolio companies to accelerate their growth.
The first vintage of €500 million, has already completed 13 transactions, 60% outside France.

A second vintage is currently being prepared and will pursue the same strategy with a target size of €1 billion. It benefits from the French TIBI label designed to encourage the emergence of financial players capable of accelerating the growth of innovative technology companies into regional or global leaders.
