Dingyi joined our legal team and supports our Infrastructure and Growth investment teams on all legal aspects of the investment cycle.
Before joining us in 2022, Dingyi worked at Bredin Prat in its Paris office and in Hong Kong where she was seconded to the international law firm Slaughter and May. Specialized in mergers and acquisitions and Private Equity, she brings her technical skills and experiences in these areas and strives to find creative and pragmatic solutions with a business-oriented approach for each situation.
