The partnership between InfraVia, a leading private capital firm, and OREIMA, a specialist real estate investor, announced in 2023 and followed by two years of integration, has reached a key milestone with the effective merger of OREIMA into InfraVia. The former OREIMA teams are now fully integrated under the InfraVia banner, forming the platform’s Real Estate vertical alongside its Infrastructure, Growth Equity and Critical Metals strategies. The team will continue to grow while pursuing its established investment strategy and proven approach.

It also allows the real estate team to further focus on and strengthen its core business: investing and driving value creation.
