InfraVia has reached an agreement to sell SAVE, the leading Italian airport group
DWS Infrastructure and InfraVia reach agreement to sell their combined 88% stake in Milione S.p.A., parent company of SAVE S.p.A, to a consortium composed of Ardian and Finint Infrastrutture
SAVE Group, which funds managed by DWS and InfraVia took private in 2017 alongside the Italian historical shareholder Finanziaria Internazionale, is a leading Italian airport group operating, under long term concessions, Venice Marco Polo Airport, a strategic gateway for both national and international traffic, as well as the airports of Verona, Treviso, Brescia, and holds a participation in the airport of Charleroi (Belgium). In 2024, the SAVE Group handled around 29 million passengers: over 18.3 million passengers at the three airports in the Venice region, and 10.5 million passengers at Charleroi.
The transaction is subject to the obtainment of the customary regulatory approvals. Closing is expected by the end of 2025 / beginning of 2026.
