Prior to 2023, he worked at BCG in Paris and where he was involved in consulting engagements on climate topics for industrial and financial institutions clients. He also worked in the family office space for Prague based Seven Energy executing buy side mandates in energy and mining space.

Before, Tomas had worked in investment banking for Valexcel and Societe Generale. At SG, Tomas was part of the Financial Engineering Group executing debt advisory mandates. Tomas obtained his MBA from INSEAD and holds MSc from the University of Economics in Prague.
