Before InfraVia, Shameera worked as an Investment Associate in the Infrastructure & Natural Resources team at Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan based in Singapore. There, she covered the plan’s direct investments across Asia Pacific particularly in the renewable energy and digital sectors. At Ontario Teachers’ Shameera supported all aspects of the investment deal life cycle with an emphasis on execution and asset management.

Shameera started her career at Macquarie Capital in the firm’s New York office advising clients on infrastructure and energy transactions in North America.

Shameera graduated from Columbia University and the National University of Singapore. She is Singaporean.
