Pierre is Partner at InfraVia Capital Partners and brings to the real estate team his valuable expertise in letting real estate commercial products. As member of InfraVia’s real estate investment committee, he brings in his know-how to set up the value creation plans, with a focus on energy efficiency and urban biodiversity.
Pierre joined Oreima in 2011 and InfraVia in 2023 with the change of ownership.
He is keen to implement changes in buildings, providing services or implementing capex programs to create long term value. He also strives to ensure experience and best practices sharing among the team of asset managers.
