Pierre-Adrien is keen on tailoring pragmatic legal mechanisms to accommodate complex objectives and maximize value creation. He concentrates on bringing business acumen to legal matters, always with the objective to get the deal done.
Pierre-Adrien joined us in 2021 and is bringing to our platform a decade of transactional experience across private equity and venture capital.
Pierre-Adrien is qualified French lawyer and is admitted to the bar of the State of New York.
