Delphine joined InfraVia in 2024 as the Director of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) for the Critical Metals fund.

A chemical engineer by training, she graduated from ENSCPB and specialized in environmental management at Mines ParisTech and circular economy at the University of Exeter. Over the past 20 years, Delphine has dedicated her career to improving ESG practices in heavy industry and mining. She has held both on-site and executive roles in France, the UK, and Canada, and has managed projects and teams across other continents. Her professional journey has led her to work with global leaders such as ArcelorMittal (mining and steel) and Arc International (glassware).

Before joining InfraVia, she served as Vice President of Environment and Non-Financial Performance for the mining group Eramet.

Delphine is deeply passionate about the diversity of cultures and relationships between humans and their planet. An enthusiast of nature’s treasures, she collects honey and incense resins from around the world.
