Chloé joined Infravia in 2022 after with a solid track record in investment transactions developed through her experience as a corporate and M&A lawyer for almost a decade.
Before joining us, Chloé worked as a senior associate in the Paris offices of international law firms (Goodwin Procter LLP, King & Wood Mallesons – formerly SJ Berwin) where she advised corporate companies and investment funds on a broad range of M&A, private equity transactions and leveraged buyouts, and more broadly on commercial and corporate law matters.
