Before that, Alice spent one year and half with Ardian in the Infrastructure investment team where she gained investment experience through various major transactions, notably the acquisitions of Inwit (telecom towers) and Green Yellow (renewable energy). Before joining Ardian, Alice worked 3 years at Lazard within the M&A team in Paris, assisting on diverse transactions, mostly in transportation, utilities and circular economy sector.

She has been particularly interested in transport and energy and wants to help create value on the challenges imposed by the ecological transition in these sectors.

Alice graduated from ESSEC in 2019 where she specialized in Corporate Finance. She also graduated from a Master 1 in Law from Sorbonne University.
