She brings extensive experience in corporate finance, financial transformation, and performance management.

Prior to InfraVia, Marjorie was Head of Performance at Groupe BPCE, after serving as CFO and Head of M&A of the Digital & Payments Business Unit, which processes all the Group’s payment transactions worldwide.

She notably led the integration of several acquired companies and their alignment with listed company standards.

She supports portfolio companies in strengthening finance functions, with a focus on reinforcing organizations, enhancing financial processes, and improving the effectiveness of controlling, while fostering best practices and collaboration across CFOs.
