InfraVia strengthens its real estate team
Appointment of Laëtitia Archambault as Asset Management Director
InfraVia is pleased to announce the appointment of Laëtitia Archambault as Asset Management Director within its real estate team. This appointment further strengthens InfraVia’s real estate asset management capabilities and supports InfraVia’s ambition to accelerate growth following the recently announced merger with OREIMA.
Laëtitia joins a 14-strong Real Estate team led by Brigitte Sagnes-Dupont, founder of Oreima and now Partner at InfraVia.
She will play a key role in further developing the asset management expertise drawing on more than 20 years of experience with leading international real estate investment managers, including AEW and PIMCO across core, core plus and value-added strategies.
This recruitment follows InfraVia’s announcement last week of its merger with OREIMA, fully integrating the real estate strategy and allowing the team to focus on their core activity – investment and asset management – and accelerate growth.
“We are delighted to welcome Laëtitia to the Real Estate team,” said Brigitte Sagnes-Dupont, Founder of OREIMA and Partner at InfraVia. “ Her strong expertise and proven track record will be instrumental in further enhancing our asset management capabilities and driving performance across the portfolio.”
