She has a strong investment banking background, encompassing public & private M&A, LBOs and Equity Capital Market, in various industries including energy & utilities, industrials and real estate notably.

Prior to joining InfraVia, she spent three years at Lazard in Paris within the M&A team, where she developed technical and transaction execution skills, advising clients such as TotalEnergies on the acquisition of VSB (renewable energy) and Icade SA on the disposal of Icade Santé (healthcare real estate).

Before that, she spent four years within the Real Estate M&A team of Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank (CA-CIB) in Paris.
