OREIMA completes the sale of a building located Rue de Richelieu in Paris
- The office building, totaling approximately 3,500 sqm, was fully refurbished and repositioned by OREIMA.
- It is leased a globally renowned media company, home to iconic brands in fashion, architecture, and travel.
- The acquisition is carried out by Ampega Asset Management GmbH on behalf of an insurance company affiliated with the group, advised by Savills Investment Management.
OREIMA, the real estate arm of InfraVia, has completed the sale of a prime asset located Rue de Richelieu in Paris’s 2nd district.
This outstanding corner property recently underwent a comprehensive renovation and upgrade by OREIMA. It now benefits from HQE “Excellent” and BREEAM “Very Good” environmental certifications.
The building offers approximately 3,500 sqm of leasable office space.
