Pierre is an Asset Management Director. He joined Oreima in 2011 and brings to the real estate team his valuable expertise in letting and real estate commercial products.
He is keen to implement changes in buildings, providing services or implementing capex programs to create long term value. He also strives to ensure experience and best practices sharing among the team of asset managers.
As member of the real estate investment committee, he brings in his expertise to set up the value creation plans, with a focus on energy efficiency and urban biodiversity.
